Graduate Students and Companies Web Based E-Recruitment System

Computer systems help to improve human life in all sectors. One of the most important sectors that recent support is recruitment sector. Recruiters used waste their valuable time, effort and money reach best candidates. The traditional process fulfills neither recruiter needs nor job seeker ambitions. Nowadays, companies use website or social media announce vacancy whereas seekers usually portal market abilities skills. All these can be put on one for both parties. proposed system will build an online E-recruitment recruiters (companies) them interact with each other match expectations. This developed using Hyper Text pre-processor (PHP), Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JQ, MySQL, XMMAP. Moreover, computer interaction (HCI) concepts apply provide good user experience through simple, clear, modern interfaces. Our directed graduated students from university programs. allows post announcement search about another company, view applied job. For it graduate student job, available opportunities, upload CV, setup his own profile. Finally, this study break difficulties present as well resource (HR) department results show average score 4.72 out 5, indicating users are feeling enjoyable while application features easy use.
